Role Purpose: Working with Head of Government and Partnership Development to manage the product relationship with various government and semi government entities to build brand and business via partnerships for Assets, Cards and Home Finance working in conjunction with the respective Product Heads. 1 Department-RB-Cards Business 2 Position-project manager 3 Nationality-No preference 4 Salary range-AED 13 K AED 5 Education-Bachelor degree 6 Language-English / Arabic 7 Experience/Background-Project management /preferably home finance 8 Work Location-Dubai 9 Gender-Male / Female Key Accountabilities of the role

• To manage relationship with the Program representatives on day-to-day basis.
• To Manage relationships and trainings of branches/Mortgage advisors
• Support in managing escalations and exceptional cases with Risk/Ops/Service/Sales
• Support to ensure compliance to Policies, SOPs, SLAs * Manage System & Technology developments, Marketing content and regular MIS requirements
• Ensure the end to end customer experience is satisfactory
• Support to manage relationship with property Evaluators/Engineers for efficient and other external stakeholders related to the Program
• Ensure to support the business objectives/ initiatives
• Assist Program Manager in smoothly running the business and work as a back-up in the absence of Program Manager
• To take on any administrative work /projects given by Head of Government & Partnership Development and deliver within the agreed timescales
• Ensure compliance with bank's processes and procedures.
• Results required are:

• ? To ensure the support is provided to ensure the business objectives are met.
• ? To ensure manage escalations and exceptional cases
• ? To ensure MIS related activities and administrative support is aligned to the business requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED13,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• BANKING: 4 years (Preferred)
• Project management: 4 years (Preferred)
• home finance: 2 years (Preferred)
