Work Experience : At least 7 years of relevant Technical and Managerial experience in similar role/ project(s)

Job Location : Bahrain

Extra Allowances : Per Diem (Daily allowances) provided by the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Planning Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Budget and Resource Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting. Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints. Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and contractors for IT workload migration. Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Risk Assessment and Mitigation Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success proactively Monitor and manage project risks throughout the entire project lifecycle. Stakeholder Communication Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including senior management, technical teams, and external partners. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations as required. Quality Assurance Define and enforce quality standards for data centre equipment movement. Ensure compliance with industry best practices, relevant regulations, and internal policies. Project Execution Overseas the implementation of data centre projects and equipment relocations. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution, adherence to timelines, and minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Change Management Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize the impact of project activities on existing systems, processes, and personnel. Foster a culture of collaboration and facilitate knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle Meet or exceed revenue, utilization, margin and client satisfaction targets through the successful delivery of consulting and implementation projects Sound business sense and a market-driven approach, with the flexibility to modify approaches to achieve goals as information changes and events unfold.

Location - Bahrain, Visa process will be done by Protiviti.

Qualification- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information systems, Project Management, or Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience

Certification : PMP or PRINCE2 certification would be preferred.

Experience and Knowledge:

Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure hardware and or software used in a private cloud / data centre including database, server, storage, network, server operating systems and any supporting applications. In-depth knowledge of data centre infrastructure components, networking, power, cooling, and security. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage complex, large-scale projects within established budgets and timelines. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software. Proven experience in building and managing virtual teams. Experience in successfully using project
