Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee planning, design, and execution of high-rise and residential construction projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Review and approve design documents, schedules, drawings, and specifications for compliance with regulatory and project requirements
• Monitor project progress, costs, and quality to ensure alignment with contractual commitments
• Identify risks, delays, and cost deviations and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate progress meetings
• Evaluate contractor and consultant performance and ensure adherence to standards
• Support project reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 18+ years of project management experience within the UAE construction sector
• Proven experience overseeing high-rise tower and residential developments
• Experience working with a consultant firm is mandatory
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex project timelines and multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and industry practices
