We are seeking a

highly experienced Facade Project Manager

with strong

technical expertise and team management skills

to lead and deliver aluminium facade projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large-scale facade works from design coordination through execution and handover, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee aluminium facade projects from project award through execution, completion, and handover. Plan, organize, and control project activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and schedules. Lead and manage project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and site teams. Coordinate closely with design, engineering, production, procurement, QA/QC, and installation teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and international facade standards. Review and approve facade shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents. Monitor project progress, manpower, and productivity to ensure timely project delivery. Control project costs, variations, claims, and ensure effective budget management. Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, site safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections, coordination meetings, and progress meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Identify and resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and site coordination challenges. Oversee facade installation, testing, inspections, and snag clearance. Ensure proper documentation, progress reporting, and project records are maintained. Support authority inspections, consultant approvals, and final project handover documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum

12+ years of experience

in the

Aluminium Facade / Curtain Wall Industry

, with proven experience as a Project Manager. Strong technical knowledge of facade systems including curtain walls, unitized & stick systems, windows, doors, cladding, and glazing. Hands-on experience in project execution, site management, and coordination. Proven leadership and team management skills in large-scale, site-based environments. Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and reporting skills with clients, consultants, and internal teams. In-depth understanding of project controls, cost management, and contractual matters. Knowledge of HSE standards and Dubai construction regulations. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
