The Role
Noor Oman Realty was established in 2009 as a real estate agency. It is a private enterprise with a long term outlook of the Real Estate industry. Noor Oman Realty has grown to become one of the largest real estate companies in Oman. We seek to build a brand name that will be recognized as a real estate agency in Oman providing quality unique selling experience. Recently, we successfully managed to be the exclusive agent of all Zain Property Development properties and succeeded in selling all our properties in: Dar Al Zain, Zain Hight, Tawi Al Zain and The Zain projects. We have recently invested a new sophisticated website that will allow the customers to reserve and buy properties online.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure resource availability and allocation \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop a detailed project plan to track progress \xe2\x80\xa2 Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs \xe2\x80\xa2 Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques \xe2\x80\xa2 Report and escalate to management as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform risk management to minimize project risks \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Engineering Degree
