Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner. Execute and monitor project activities. Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work. Coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projects. Prepare and update project plans and status reports. Submit monthly deliverables to include monthly status reports, project plans, schedule updates, and technical documentation. Knowledge and understanding of best practices (ITIL, PMBOK, AGILE, etc.) Identify and prioritize risks and determine mitigation strategies as well as identify best practices and lessons learned. Provide monthly financial and cost-based reports and activity-based cost reports. Attend and participate in required meetings. Coordinate with the Government to ensure all meetings are held on time and all necessary documentation is distributed. Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan (TOMP). Coordinate transition activities through the cost-effective delivery of high-quality services, contract transition and closeout, and adherence to all DoD, DISA, and other customer directives. Track and report on the status of all projects to ensure that they are on track to meet their deadlines and budget targets. Resolve any issues that arise during the course of the projects.
