Job Description
A Well-reputed regional Interior Fit Out specialist is seeking an experienced and result oriented driven Project Manager with extensive experience in Fit-out/Interiors industry for their office. The candidate must have the following qualifications: 1. Manage the execution of the project and ensure the project is completed on time and within the approved budget.
2. Liaise with all departments to achieve project objectives.
3. Prepare/review and approve the project execution plan, budget, program, procurement plan, health and safety plan, risk plan, prequalification and appointment of consultants and contractors.
4. Manage the approvals process include creation and updates for all project documentation including plans, specifications, risk register and cost estimates.
5. Ensure all project activities comply with the requirements and support the overall project schedule, scope and budget. Requirements:
1. Holder of Civil Engineering Degree
2. Valid Driving License Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
