We are hiring for a Project Manager (Fit - Out) :- :- 1. To monitor and supervise the project execution process on site based on approved design and budget within the agreed deadline. 2. Examine the project program and following up closely with contractor and sub-contractor to ensure smooth construction procedure and handing over. 3. Conduct quality checks on work carried on and attending all on progress issues and obstacles and come up with solution/enhancement. 4. Coordination between client, subcontractors, site and suppliers 5. Prepare program schedule 6. Closely monitor, update and improve the construction programs and make recommendations in areas of slippage 7. Plan and organize resources in advance by daily preparation of labor schedule 8. Monitor the assigned projects by taking complete ownership to ensure that the project is delivered within the agreed time, cost and specifications 9. Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors 10. Checking of invoices from subcontractors based on the works done on site 11. Participate in meetings at the executive, operational and project level as and when required 12. Preparation of project related material request 13. Quality control of work done on site 14. Monitor and control snagging list and advise acceptance/rejection to final completion 15. Ensure proper and complete project documentation from beginning to completion of project Qualification And Experience : 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Fit Out managerial position 2. BSC degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural 3. FF&E knowledge is a must 4.
