. The role focuses on delivering
AI and automation-led solutions
under demanding timelines while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for after-sales customers, managing needs with professionalism.
Oversee
end-to-end delivery
of multiple projects across SDLC phases--planning, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Leverage AI and workflow automation tools
(n8n, Zapier, Make, UiPath, Power Automate) to optimize business processes.
Communicate solution progress regularly to customers and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Support engineering teams with requirements, design, development, and implementation.
Participate in pre-sales, tenders, and commercial documentation (Proposals, Functional Requirements, Project Charters).
Requirements
Proven track record in managing
AI/Automation projects
and complex software solutions.
Strong knowledge of
AI workflows, ML/AI integration, and automation platforms
(n8n, Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate).
Familiarity with modern development stacks:
Python, PHP, Laravel, Node.js, CSS
.
Excellent
project planning, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
.
Experience with
Agile/Scrum
and tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
