Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead the deployment of an AI based intelligent document processing (Leveraging Open AI, GPT) system within our banking operations. This role is critical in digitizing document workflows, enhancing data accuracy, and improving operational efficiency through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of the OCR project--from planning and vendor selection to deployment and post-implementation support. Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, compliance teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs; monitor progress and manage risks. Oversee the training and fine-tuning of AI models for document classification, data extraction, and validation. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in all OCR-related processes. Drive user adoption through training, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing AI or automation projects in banking or financial services. Strong understanding of OCR technologies, AI/ML concepts,Prompt engineering, Large language models and document processing workflows. Familiarity with banking documentation (e.g., KYC, loan applications, statements). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Google Cloud Vision, ABBYY, Tesseract, Amazon Bedrock).

Knowledge of regulatory compliance in document handling and data processing. * Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
