Position Overview
Project Manager leads the delivery of moderately complex building projects or defined elements of larger programs in Dubai, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and governance requirements while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of moderately complex projects or defined work packages within larger programs
• Execute discrete project tasks on major projects under direction of senior project leadership
• Apply and maintain company systems, controls, and governance processes to ensure compliance
• Support business development activities including proposals, client presentations, and market research
• Participate in networking and industry events to build presence and identify opportunities
• Act as primary client point of contact, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor and support development of junior team members in a collaborative environment
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to manage scope, cost, and schedule
• Work with internal systems such as Workbench or equivalent platforms
• Manage projects involving additional complexities such as litigation, environmental protection, or due diligence
• Manage all project phases from initiation through closeout when required
• Operate independently with guidance on complex features and supervisory approval for proposed plans
• Supervise senior engineers across disciplines and coordinate project administration, controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating, and procurement

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Professional membership or progress toward MICE, MCIOB, or MRICS
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in pre-contract phases
• Experience delivering building projects
• Strong skills in budgeting, cost estimation, and scheduling
• Knowledge of UAE construction laws, regulations, and permitting processes
• Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
