Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of moderately complex projects or specific elements of larger programs
• Support senior project leadership with major project tasks and deliverables
• Apply AECOM project governance systems and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Contribute to business development through proposal preparation, presentations, and market research
• Participate in networking initiatives to build industry presence and identify opportunities
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development
• Manage project budgeting, cost estimation, scheduling, and risk mitigation activities
• Supervise project phases including initiation, planning, execution, and close-out
• Resolve complex technical and administrative issues with senior guidance
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams including engineering, controls, scheduling, and procurement
• Coordinate resource allocation across various project tasks to meet deadlines
• Ensure quality control procedures and internal standards are consistently followed

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Professional membership or progressing toward MICE, MCIOB, or MRICS
• 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in pre-contract phases
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost estimation, scheduling, and risk management
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and local standards
• Experience working on building projects is required
• Strong communication, organizational, and client-facing skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
