Overview:
Presight is on the lookout for a dynamic, result-oriented Project Manager to implement timely strategic initiatives across Presight, issue progress and quality reports for ongoing projects/initiatives and formulate mitigation plans to manage risks & avoid delays.

You will plan and manage Presight\xe2\x80\x99s project portfolios in coordination with project teams and respective departments/Business Units.

- Develop project plans and prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedules and budgets during the initiation of the project and update them in case of changes during execution.
- Contribute to the design, development and maintenance of project management methodologies and templates by utilizing project management tools (JIRA, MPP) and agile methodologies, conducting training and awareness sessions to share knowledge as required.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to identify, extract, and define project requirements, scope and objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate resource utilization across all programs & projects and liaise with department heads for alignment in resource planning and development.
- Evaluate all components of the solution and validate alignment & compatibility with other interfacing technologies while ensuring the integrity of the solution at all stages of implementation.
- Manage project deliverables in a timely manner, issuing progress and quality reports for various initiatives and formulating mitigation plans to manage risks and avoid delays.
- Track project progress and reporting, ensure the timely delivery of project milestones as per stakeholder requirements and remain compliant with policies and guidelines.
- Identify project challenges and solutions, risks and mitigation measures, as well as provide detailed feedback to concerned stakeholders.
- Recommend project changes if required with the aim of achieving the project purpose and goals effectively.
- Monitor audit activities of projects and develop reports ensuring that projects adhere to project management methodologies, policies and guidelines.
- Ensure that governance and controls are upheld and delivered on all project assignments.
Skills and attributes for success
The yardsticks of your success would include project CPI, percentage variance from allocated budgets, number of adjustments to project schedules, percentage of on-time project completion, and employee & customer NPS. Qualifications:

What we look for:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, solution/product delivery in an AI service organization or analytics platforms & technologies
- At least 5 years of experience in understanding the operational workings of technology services including AI, datacenter models, advanced networks, storage, security, servers, applications and process frameworks.
- Experience in Healthcare sector will be added advantage.
- This role is based in Abu Dhabi, with around 60% international travel to Arab countries.
Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also need
- Experience in solution/product delivery in an AI service organization or in analytics platforms & technologies.
- Very strong organizational and managerial capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
