Job Description
Chart out the projects objectives and plans, set performance requirements, and selecting project participants. Bring about optimum utilization of resources- labor, materials and equipment and ensure their procurement at most cost-effective terms. Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed. Projects accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers. Must have - Civil or architectural education - 5-10 years experience in QS/Coordination role in fa\xc3\xa7ade industry - Excellent use of MS Office apps - Multitasking capability - Strong project management skills - Fluent in English ( both verbal & Written) - UAE Driving license Applicants without experience in the facade/aluminum/glazing/cladding industry will not be considered. So please apply only if experienced in the above. Candidates should be available locally. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
