Our client is tier 1 cost consultancy looking to invest in Lead cost managers to join their commercial cost management team. They are looking for someone who will assist the senior project manager in developing and managing assigned component projects; including development of the scope of works, preparation of the project plans establishment and monitoring of the project program, integration of requirements across all functions, monitoring the executions, budget invoices, project delivery, reporting, and co-ordination with all stakeholders The ideal candidate will be someone who not only has excellent experience but also is professional, personable, and an excellent communicator.

A successful project will have;

• Proven track record - at least 5 years\' experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
• High level of professionalism, particularly managing client relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Membership of the Association for Project Management (MAPM) is desirable
• Strong pre-contract experience.
• Portfolio of building experience (infrastructure, road, and urban spaces etc.)
• Experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred but not essential.
• Available to start in Q3 or beginning of Q4
