Oversee all aspects of the Assigned project using planning, monitoring, and controlling processes. Responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project as per schedule. Perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project. Manage and responsible for more than one project at a time.

Responsibilities / Authorities

• Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals with respect to safety, time, cost and quality standards.

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Maintain the project budget for delivering the project within the budget defined. Report on financial status of the project.

• Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed project plans, critical path analysis, Weekly and monthly progress reports.

• Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

• Ability to provide sufficient input into the technical analysis of the project.

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project.

• Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.

• Manage quality assurance procedures and reporting.

• Minimizes our exposure, risk on project and enforce Co.\'s methodology.

• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

• project standards.

• Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing and Monitor receivables for project.

• Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.

• Analyses project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.

• Communicate and develops lasting relationships with client personnel to foster client ties.

• Continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the plan and the budget.

• Responsible for the project\'s commitment to quality standards.

• The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the CAE HSE Management System is developed and established on the Project and that appropriate resources are in place to properly facilitate its implementation.

• Over all responsibilities for the set-up, implementation, and monitoring of the required contract HSE standards and programs for entire site.

• Ensure compliance and adherence to CAE HSE policy and exercise HSE.

• Support project manager to Develop and implement risk control measures that have been identified as part of the risk assessment process used by CAE and its clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/Diploma in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)

• 14 plus years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar field \xe2\x80\xa2 IT Literate & Management skill
