A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with minimum fifteen (15+) years in execution of FEED/ EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years in GCC region.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for mega Oil & Gas FEED / EPC projects (more than 1Billion US$).
Oversee Project Management to ensure liasion with customers and staff/subcontractors of various work disciplines to fully understand project requirements, effectively manage project progress, and make strategic decisions to minimize work stoppage and fulfil delivery lead-time
Responsible for preparation of project execution plan, review schedules and provides effective feedback to planning department for project monitoring and execution
Monitor budget and ensure the project is executed to an optimum cost and on time
