About our client

Our client is in the fintech business and provides payment solutions and services for all types of enterprises, including retail, hotels, government, and e-commerce.

They are looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. It is a three-month contractual role. The ideal candidate must have managerial exposure of at least 4 years in Interior Fit Out project execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Well-versed with planning tool and software.
• Supervision and overall Project Execution/Progress of all sites.
• Site In charge for execution & material procurement follow up.
• Attending client & Architect\'s/Designers review meetings & drawing discussions with officials.
• Oversee and Plan entire projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs.
• Prepare timelines for the project and track them.
• Coordinate with architect/interior designers.
• Submit Daily Progress Reports
• Responsible for site related activities, coordination with vendors and site completion.
• Maintain Quality standards so as to meet customers satisfaction.
• Examine the drawings, assess the material requirements, approve and submit the material requisition accurately so as to facilitate purchase of appropriate quantities of materials.
• Coordinate with the client and consultant on all issues pertaining to the drawings, plans, schedules, and problems for quick resolution of all issues.
• Monitor progress against the project plan
• Estimate material requirements and costs.
• Responsible for communication with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirements and provides support as necessary.
• Prepare and conduct client presentations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior/ Engineering/ Architecture
• Diploma or Degree in Project Management will be added advantage.
• This position requires detail orientation, a process-driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Having relevant experience of managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.
• Having knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
