Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for management and co-ordination of major multidiscipline upstream oil & gas engineering projects. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of teams of Project Engineers, Discipline Engineers and Designers and other specialists involved in the development of major projects at various stages from conceptual design through to detail design, implementation and commissioning

Responsibilities
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fSafety - Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fManagement and control of health, safety and environmental risks associated with project activities.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fManagement of pre-qualification submissions and tenders
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fScope, budget and schedule development
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fProject cost and schedule monitoring, control and analysis
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fChange Management (schedule and cost)
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fResponsibility for project commercial outcomes (Revenue, EBIT and cash-flow timing)
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fCustomer Satisfaction and Relationship Management
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fIdentification of further work opportunities for Worley or affiliates
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fTeam building and Leadership
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fQuality management
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPerformance reporting
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fDevelopment and implementation of initiatives to improve cost effectiveness.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fEffective management and control of risks through design and installation.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fUnderstanding and implementing the requirements of the OHS Regulations Act.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fMaintaining design integrity and quality within the project team.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fQuality Assurance - Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fMentoring, coaching and training of subordinates.

Job Requirements:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fRelevant engineering degree with a minimum of 15 years oil & gas industry experience
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fSound understanding of applicable local & international engineering standards and codes of practic
