Parsons is seeking a talented Project Manager to assist with leading major roads and infrastructure project.
Specific Responsibilities
Work with the management team to oversee roads and infrastructure developments to meet project goals and objectives.
Coordinating with the design team, reviewing design submissions and ensure that the assigned works are completed within the allocated budget and project schedule
Working closely with the client, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality product in a timely manner
Attending briefings with the client to review project plans and resolve any conflicts in design or parameters of the work
Ensuring accuracy of work in accordance with project scope
Delegating aspects of projects to team members and overseeing their delivery in a timely and accurate manner with agreed quality standards
Monitor/control changes to the scope of work with the client and subcontractors.
Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
Establishes the program requirements for the project, and monitors the submission of deliverables in line with the approved program.
Collaborates with the office facilities staff to address project space requirements.
Works with project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project.
Promotes technical and commercial excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes.
Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports
Attend all design progress meetings and prepare Meeting minutes.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Skills and Competencies
Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
Bachelor\'s Degree Engineering or related technical/business field and
Incumbent should have a broad general technical background
7 to 10 years of related work experience is required.
