ROLE PURPOSE:
1.Manage the production systems within IT owned by Retail Consumer Finance
1.Manage the production systems within IT owned by Retail Consumer Finance
2.Raise and follow up required change requests and tickets in service manager.
3.Prepare/Review IARs and related documents related to projects and tasks for approvals.
4.Gathering requirements from Business users for projects, tasks, operational requests and
enhancements for technical teams
5.Coordination between project and business teams during the execution of projects and tasks. 6.Support for UAT of projects and tasks including preparation of documents and approvals.
7. Support Go-live and post go-live activities for assigned projects and tasks
8. Support Business users to translate Business requirements to vendors (In Technical steps)
and vice-versa.
9. Escalate issues and suggest corrective actions. Timely follow up on assigned Projects and
Tasks.
10. Follow-up and track services, coordinate vendor support issues, respond to service tickets
in a timely fashion.
11. Track, resolve and report incidents and known errors through the approved processes.
12. Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the
services.
13. Completion of the assigned tasks to satisfy the users\xe2\x80\x99 needs and within the agreed upon
time parameters.
14. Execute the ad-hoc instructions or provide flexibility within ethical and professional
standards from line manager to achieve any exceptional business objectives, internal IT
objectives related to group including international expansion.
15. Support \xe2\x80\x9cGo-Live and \xe2\x80\x9cPost go-live\xe2\x80\x9d activities for projects and any releases to production.
