The Role
Project Governance \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop project management office (PMO) guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain project masterplan Project Initiation \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop project charter based on the agreed project objectives and mandate \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the project team of VCMC and coordinate project managers of VAMED Group Companies \xe2\x80\xa2 Define roles and responsibilities based on input from Executive Managing Directors \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and analyze project stakeholders together with team members \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and execute project kickoff meetings Project Planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with project stakeholders to define project schedule, project cost, project scope and acceptance criteria \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate Scope and Price with the Project Managers of VAMED Group Companies \xe2\x80\xa2 Assure that VAMED Group Company prices are competitive and reflected correctly in the financial model / business plan for each Lifecyle Project Project Monitoring and Controlling \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor, control and review project progress against plan \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform plan vs actual analysis for cost, scope and schedule together with Business Development Manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare project reports and coordinate project review meetings \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage project risks, issues and change Technology and Innovation \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping abreast of market trend in healthcare IT \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the team of VCMC and VAMED Group Companies to identify healthcare trends and develop innovative products / technologies supporting digitalization requirements in modern hospitals

Requirements

• Qualification: Master Degree in Business Administration or an Engineering related field. Any education in health sciences is a plus. Recognized certification in Project Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience: At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 project management in the construction, building services or health sector. Good understanding of healthcare operations, business optimization and related processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Skills and knowledge: Project Management Skills. Healthcare Consulting Skills. Basic Financial and Financial Modelling Skills. Negotiation Skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Foreign language(s): Fluent in English.
