Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will plan and manage all G42 Healthcare\xe2\x80\x99s project portfolios in coordination with the project teams and respective departments.

Key responsibilities
- Develop project plans and prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedules and budgets during the initiation of a project and update changes, if any, during execution.
- Drive the project initiation phase and liaise with the strategy and commercial and finance teams to develop proposals and SoWs as required. Contribute to the design, development and maintenance of project management methodologies and templates by utilizing project management tools (JIRA, MPP), agile methodologies, and conduct training and awareness sessions to share knowledge with concerned users.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to identify, extract, and define project requirements, scope and objectives throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Manage the project cost budget effectively. Work with Finance, Commercial, Accounts Payable and Procurement to ensure invoicing milestones are understood and frequencies are agreed to meet commitment in the contract
- Coordinate resource utilization across all programs and projects and liaise with department heads for alignment in resource planning and development.
- Evaluate all components of the solution and validate alignment & compatibility with other interfacing technologies while ensuring the integrity of the solution at all stages of implementation.
- Manage communication and coordination efforts between concerned internal and external stakeholders and act as a point of contact for key communications whenever required.
- Manage project deliverables in a timely manner, issuing progress and quality reports for various initiatives and formulating mitigation plans to manage risks and avoid delays.
- Track project progress and reporting, ensure the timely delivery of project milestones as per stakeholder requirements and remain compliant with policies and guidelines.
- Identify project challenges and solutions, risks and mitigation measures, as well as provide detailed feedback to concerned stakeholders.
- Recommend project changes if required with the aim of achieving the project purpose and goals effectively.
- Monitor audit activities of projects and develop reports ensuring that projects adhere to project management methodologies, policies and guidelines.
- Ensure governance and controls are upheld and delivered on all project assignments.
To qualify, you must have
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management
- At least 5 years of experience in solution/product delivery in a healthcare service organization, preferably within the digital health domain as part of digital, data or technology program
- Demonstrated experience in managing agile cross functional teams at a senior level.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, delegation and problem-solving abilities
- Persistence, perseverance and patience
- The yardsticks of your success include project CPI, percentage variance from allocated budgets, number of adjustments in project schedules, percentage of projects completed on schedule, and employee & customer NPS
