Description

Responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost & quality. Responsible for leading the Transformation of all countries in scope (full exit, partial exit, transformation, license change).KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Project Management and GovernanceTransformationResponsible for laying down detailed transformation and executing the same as per planResponsible for establishing the new business and operating model post transformation incl. business plan, org structure, capacity, centralisationResponsible for overseeing the relevant regulatory, legal, tax, HR, operational issues pertaining to overall transformationResponsible for coordination with all external suppliers engaged in transformation program (Consultant, Law firm, etc.)Responsible for managing & ensuring alignment with all FAB Group stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, IT, Business Lines etc.)Budgeting and Financial Performance Establish a process and monitor the financial performance for the unit and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management.Develop and execute a robust process to manage the complete dept. budget incl. Purchase orders, invoices etc.Providing insight to Leadership team on budgets, forecasted spend, resource utilizationPolicies, Systems, Processes & ProceduresEstablish governance, policies and controls for the entire unit to followEstablish a control mechanism to check the same are being followedPerform independent quality assurance and milestone review to ensure policies and process is being followed during program executionDevelop and deploy standards, methods and tools for the management of projects that are robust and fit for purposeEnsure consistency of deliverables and artefacts across all projectsReportingDevelop robust reporting and communication methodologies and tools to provide regular updates on the progress of international business change and transformation portfolio. Ensure periodic reporting of status as per agreed datesEnsure transparency in risks and project status reporting and adherence to decision gatesEnsure proper governance around minutes, key decisions and agreed action stepsEnsure ongoing tracking of the plan so that key milestones are not missed. Provide early alerts, escalations and potential solutions for any risksPeople ManagementManage the performance and development of the PMO TeamManage all external vendors supporting the IBG integration programEnsure smooth onboarding of vendors and be involved with procurement in vendor managementVendor & Commercial management : Manage, negotiate service, and other purchase agreements along with Procurement & legal departmentsOther planning activitiesCo-ordinate and manage capacity and demand across all international programmesEstablish a flexible delivery model to deal with peaks in demandForward plan for people, finance , tools in relation to the programmeResponsible for coordinating with Leadership on all project approvalsQualificationsMin. Graduate, Master preferredMin 15 years of experience of managing a diverse portfolio in a matrix environmentExperience of full project life cycle deliveryProven PMO experience and operating at a leadership levelExperience of establishing a PMO from scratchDemonstrable stakeholder management skillsExperience in technology discipline is desirableWorking knowledge of various project management methodologies
