Currently, we are hiring a Project Management Officer for our client, who will be responsible for the IT support operations of the company. This role initially will be for 3 months of renewable contracts based on candidates performance. Responsibilities:
a)PMO Operations
Prepare group IT purchase orders in systems and submit them for approval.
Coordination with vendors on Proposals and Group IT Contracts
Validate and process IT Invoices for payment approval
b) Record-keeping in line with IT Policies, Processes and Procedures
Invoice Trackers
Contract Tracker
Team Annual leave Tracker
Prepare and submit Monthly CIO credit Card Expense Report
c)IT Security and Service Tracking and Reporting
Track and report the daily status of system patching.
Track and report the weekly status of security threats and mitigation.
Track and report the weekly status of service management actions.
Track and report the monthly status of application lifecycle management.
d)Company Mobile Administration
Company mobile requests and support
A liaison between the user and the Service provider
Process SIM and Mobile Request
Process Company mobile refresh
Maintain a mobile Tracker
Skills Required:
Candiadte should have an IT background with at least 3 years of experience in IT support operations.
Should have experience in IT policies and contracts.
