As a Project Management Assistant Intern, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, supporting impactful regional projects that drive Siemens Energy's mission forward. You will engage in meaningful work, from managing project timelines and crafting compelling presentations to facilitating communication among diverse stakeholders, all while honing your organizational and communication skills in a supportive, multicultural environment.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for project updates and proposals.
• Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling and logistics.
• Proactively follow up on action items and coordinate with various departments.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure project alignment and success.

What You Bring:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Strong initiative and decision-making skills with a readiness to take on responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, and familiarity with SharePoint.
• Ability to understand complex projects with both commercial and technical acumen.
• Excellent coordination, organization, and prioritization skills in a multi-departmental environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
