Tracking sprint progress and burn-down reports
Ensuring tickets are properly documented and updated
Act as a coordination point between
developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders

Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
Ensure documentation is up to date and aligned with project scope and changes.
Assist in preparing
status reports, meeting minutes, and project updates
.
Help ensure adherence to
Agile/Scrum best practices
and project governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in a
Project Coordinator, Scrum Assistant, or PMO support role
.
Hands-on experience with
Jira
(mandatory).
Strong experience in
BRD preparation and project documentation
.
Good understanding of
Agile / Scrum methodology
.
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience working with software development teams.
Familiarity with tools like
Confluence, MS Office, or Google Workspace

Basic understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
