Position Overview
To oversee new restaurant openings, renovations, and maintenance operations across the QSR network, ensuring compliance with brand, safety, and regulatory standards while driving cost efficiency and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver restaurant construction, renovation, and fit-out projects within set timelines and budgets.
• Oversee MEP works, kitchen installations, and authority/mall approvals for new outlets.
• Manage corrective, reactive, and preventive maintenance (PPM) across restaurants, commissaries, and offices.
• Conduct inspections, supervise equipment upkeep (kitchen, HVAC, fire safety, hood systems), and ensure HACCP compliance.
• Reduce reliance on external vendors by handling in-house troubleshooting where possible.
• Monitor vendor SLAs, control spare parts planning, and track cost-saving initiatives.
• Build strong collaboration with contractors, landlords, suppliers, and internal teams.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering or Technical Diploma with equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in F&B/QSR/Hospitality projects and maintenance in the UAE.
• Proven expertise in restaurant fit-outs, MEP, kitchen equipment, and maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations, mall/landlord requirements, and safety standards.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

• MS Office & maintenance software proficiency
• Excellent communication (English; Arabic is a plus)
