About the Project:

We are executing a prestigious landscape construction project integrated within a high-rise development consisting of 5 residential/commercial towers. The scope includes softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and external works within a constrained urban environment. The project requires meticulous logistics planning due to the scale, tower adjacency, vertical coordination, and shared access points.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Project Logistics Engineer

to develop, coordinate, and implement site-wide logistics and lifting plans. You will work closely with project management, subcontractors, and tower contractors to ensure smooth material flow, equipment access, and delivery scheduling without disrupting ongoing structural and fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update the Project Logistics Plan including traffic flow, laydown areas, temporary roads, and access control.

- Prepare and coordinate Lifting Plans for cranes, forklifts, and mobile equipment.

- Plan and schedule material deliveries, staging, and storage to optimize site productivity.

- Coordinate hoisting and vertical logistics with tower contractors and site management.

- Identify and mitigate logistics risks related to restricted access, simultaneous activities, and vertical transport constraints.

- Monitor and enforce logistics safety compliance on site.

- Liaise with the landscape execution team to align logistics with the construction sequence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction logistics, preferably in high-rise or complex landscape projects.

- Proven experience with crane lifting plans, site traffic flow, and logistics integration with MEP and civil works.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, and logistics planning software.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- UAE experience preferred (or experience in similar regional environments).

Salary:
