Overview

This position can be used to mentor and readiness PMO candidates to receive on the job training reporting to the ISA BOS Program Manager, DPM and works aside Operations Manager and supports the PMO with the development, implementation, coordination, and management of the ISA BOS Program in Bahrain. With the authority to act for Vectrus Systems Corporation, in the absence of the PM, and has responsibility for the overall effective management and allocation of the resources necessary to meet contract requirements, deliverables, and technical performance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Responsibilities

+ This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

+ Assist and/or perform coordination of site visits, inspections and meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders. Facilitate

+ meeting agenda preparation, take minutes, produce and distribute final meeting minutes inclusive of on-site meetings

+ Assist in developing and/or producing documents to support and complete Tier A, B and C projects and LOTDs

+ Provide document control, filing and distribution of project and LOTD-related internal and external documents, including but

+ not limited to construction and inspection reports, submittals, permits, facility access documents, etc.

+ Provide updates for the daily and weekly situational project status report

+ Work within the Maximo system to support accurate work order and accounting records for all projects and other activities

+ related to supporting Tier A, B, C and LOTD projects

+ Process installation badge packets inclusive of maintaining and monitoring badge trackers

+ Populate and provide document control in MS Outlook and Share Point folders files and folders

+ Liaising with all project stakeholders to ensure process continuity

+ Populate, maintain and monitor various trackers, such as a submittal tracker

+ Establish and populate project closeout files per contract requirements

+ Monitor project documentation for contract compliance

+ Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

+ High School Degree.

+ Must be able to obtain a CAC Card

+ Must be able to obtain a Host Country Driver's License

+ Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree is preferred.

+ Experience:

+ Three (3) years' of similar experience in the construction industry is required, such as project controls, construction

+ administration or similar positions. Must have experience in data processing and/or record keeping.

+ Must have a working knowledge of project management in the construction industry

+ Three years operations, coordination, project controls or similar experience in the construction or manufacturing industry

+ Skills:

+ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills - must have Level 4 skills in English.

+ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Word

+ Ability to work with very diverse workforce

+ Experience in data collection and technical writing preferred

+ Experience supporting DOD construction efforts a positive

+ Working Conditions:

+ Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very

+ adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months).

+ Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.

+ Physical Requirements:

+ Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

+ Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to

+ physical, chemical, or biological agents. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to,

+ head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
