Take ownership of project closeout and handover. Ensure all snags are identified, resolved, and projects are delivered to clients on time, with full compliance and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead snagging inspections and manage punch-list completion.
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve issues.
Prepare and submit as-built drawings, completion certificates, and project documentation.
Facilitate client walkthroughs and ensure smooth handover.
Monitor quality, safety, and contractual compliance until project sign-off.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
5-6 years of experience in civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, QA/QC, and snag management.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
