Project Financing Manager

Job Description
We are working with a Multi National Company involved in Water Treatment and Utilities looking for a Projects Financing Manager. This role is heavily involved in securing project financing for large scale Utilities projects across various countries. This role is not suitable for a finance manager or an accounting manager as the role is heavily involved in managing the process of loan and financing agreements while engaging partners to ensure the project financing activities and documentation is prepared prior and during the financing stage. Candidates must have the below experience:
- Dealing with banks and financial partners raising financing for large scale projects
- Public private partnership shareholder deals
- Driving the project financing approval process including all documentation for lenders
- Dealing with large investments and financing for infrastructure projects
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Raising Project Finance: 8 years (Required)
