Job Description
The Candidate MUST have all necessary knowledge and know how to execute projects related to Fit-Outs, Joinery & Custom Made Furniture. He/she must have enough knowledge to execute the project without any difficulties, make BOQ from the drawings...assign tasks to each..and coordinate with our factory/production team. He/she must be good in communication and understanding with the sales & design team to get the execution done properly and correctly. He/she must be able to speak Arabic, english and hindi to communicate well with the production department and sales man. The candidate must know the local suppliers in the market to outsource the works to. The negotiation skill, proper strict communication skill must be present if pr when required with suppliers to have services executed on time with quality and good service. The execution manager must be able to work on pressure and meet all deadlines of projects and he/she will be managing the executives under the department. Basic autoCAD drawings understanding must be there to make the BOQs that are necessary for the project. MS-Projects or similar software knowledge to schedule and plan project deadlines and timeline is very imp. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF ABOVE POINTS ARE MATCHED. - Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Do you have the enough knowledge to manage and execute interior related projects/tenders and execute them on time?
- Can you work under pressure?
- Can you Make BOQ out of AutoCAD drawings?
- Connect with the factory/production team and communicate the drawings and finish the projects on time before dead line?
- Do you know how to use AutoCAD? Measurements from AutoCAD?
- Do you know how to use MS-Projects or similar software to make timelines, cant charts and make planning/schedules for projects? If similar then mention below the name of software.
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Execution Manager: 5 years (Preferred)

- UAE Driver\'s License (Preferred)
