About the Role

We are seeking a

Project Coordinator

to oversee and coordinate end-to-end project execution -- from order confirmation to delivery and installation. The role requires a strong understanding of technical drawings, materials, and finishes, along with the ability to manage client relationships and internal coordination across multiple departments.

You will act as the key link between

clients

design

,

production

, and

installation

teams -- ensuring each project meets premium quality standards and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Oversee complete project lifecycle -- from sales handover to client delivery -- ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are achieved.

Client Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact post-order confirmation; manage communication, technical clarifications, and progress updates.

Technical Coordination:

Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications related to metal fabrication and custom design elements.

Internal Collaboration:

Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure seamless project flow and problem resolution.

Timeline & Budget Control:

Create and monitor project schedules, cost sheets, and progress reports for each assigned project.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain adherence to internal quality standards and client expectations throughout all fabrication and installation stages.

Documentation:

Maintain organized project files, approvals, shop drawings, and reporting for management review.

Post-Project Review:

Conduct debriefs to assess performance, client satisfaction, and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Interior Design, Architecture, or Engineering

(preferred). Minimum

2-3 years

of experience managing metal fabrication or interior fit-out projects. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Valid UAE

driving license

is PLUS.
