is responsible for overseeing and managing daily site operations, ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating between teams, supervising site activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the site and the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Plan daily site activities and allocate work to site teams and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work.
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Assist in material estimation, requisition, and inventory management at the site.
Inspect and verify completed work for accuracy and compliance.
Support the preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation.
Identify and report any technical or site-related issues to the Project Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
3-5 years of experience in site or project engineering.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
Must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate.
