Dear Candidate ,

We are looking for Project Engineer/Site Engineer in Interior Fit Out /Joinery Company based in Dubai.

Experience:- 5to 10 years in Interior Fit Out/Joinery Company

Qualification:- BTech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Coordination:

Assist in preparing project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure proper execution on site.

2. Site Supervision & Execution:

Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality requirements. Supervise subcontractors and ensure proper installation as per approved drawings and materials. Conduct site inspections to maintain adherence to safety, quality, and design standards.

3. Technical Support:

Resolve technical issues on site in coordination with the Project Manager and design team. Provide accurate measurements and details for material requisition and fabrication. Assist in preparing shop drawings, method statements, and work procedures when required.

4. Quality Control & Safety:

Ensure all works comply with company quality standards and client specifications. Monitor HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance at the site. Report any safety violations or hazards to the concerned authority.

5. Procurement & Material Handling:

Coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery of materials. Verify and inspect received materials to ensure they meet project requirements. Maintain proper records of material usage and wastage.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare daily site progress reports and submit to the Project Manager. Maintain proper records of site activities, inspections, and approvals. Assist in preparing project handover documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, residential). Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project). Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and safety regulations is preferred.

Working Conditions:

Based on-site with occasional visits to the head office or client meetings. May require extended hours to meet project deadlines.
