Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and proactive
Civil Engineer
to handle project execution and on-site supervision for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities on site Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers Monitor project progress, material usage, and manpower Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Civil Engineering
5-6 years of experience in civil construction projects Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (MS Project is an advantage) Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills UAE experience preferredWhat We Offer
