Job Description

We are looking for a motivated

Engineer

to join our steel and fabrication company in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have technical and site experience, along with good client-handling skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review drawings for client projects (steel & fabrication works). Analyze and prepare material requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects. Supervise and instruct laborers on-site to ensure quality and timely work. Coordinate with clients and provide technical solutions as needed. Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure new projects. Actively find and approach potential new clients to grow the business. Must hold a valid UAE Driving License for site visits and client meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in

Civil or Mechanical Engineering

. Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in steel/fabrication/construction works in UAE. Strong technical knowledge in materials, drawings, and project execution. Good leadership and communication skills. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Sales/Business Development experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
