Resolve customer service quality complaints and invoicing complaints related to maintenance operations
Deliver service according to the service contract requirements as per quality standards

Control field operations costs and callouts
Manage third party inspections visits and follow-up actions
Validate the service contract technical terms with the sales team
Timely completion of the planned maintenance visits according to scheduling
Responsible for the control and authorization of overtime
Accountable for the performance of assigned technicians and being accountable for their motivation and competence development
Projects must be delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with the contract scope where necessary take action to mitigate on overspends in costs
Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
Maintain a leadership role in all aspects of risk management. Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with our safety program and focused on providing a safe work environment
Plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of department processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency
Schedule routine and preventive maintenance as needed. Establish and maintain a work order system to fulfil repair requests
