Job Title: Project Engineer - TAQA Water Pipeline Projects

We are hiring a
TAQA-approved Project Engineer
experienced in water transmission and distribution pipeline projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience with TAQA procedures, permits, shutdown coordination, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pipeline construction as per
TAQA standards and permit-to-work system
.
Coordinate with TAQA inspectors for approvals, inspections & shutdowns.
Review IFC drawings and supervise site activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality control requirements.
Prepare daily reports, documentation, and maintain all TAQA submissions.
Manage testing, reinstatement, and commissioning activities.
Requirements:
TAQA Competency Certificate
(mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in water pipeline or utility infrastructure projects in UAE.
Strong knowledge of
TAQA regulations
, pipeline construction methods, hydrotesting, reinstatement, and commissioning.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
