MAIN MISSION: Responsible for the implementation and coordination of new products and processes into Manufacturing. Must be able to work with Sales Management, Product Management, Manufacturing and Quality to ensure smooth transition of all projects. Coordinate and lead the company's APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process to maximize the success of developing and tracking a product or process through its development life cycle. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES: Coordinate and lead the company's APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process for new product/Localization. Ensure project risk assessments are completed by the project team and identified high potential risks are communicated to Senior Management. Create/update and track product roadmap. Assemble and motivate project teams from all areas of the organization. Provide product engineering and technical support after transitioning to manufacturing. Monitor the products deployment in collaboration with sales team. Communicate externally with customer project leaders and internally with management team on projects evolution/escalation. Learn and integrate Customer Specific Requirements in the project and communicate to the teams involved. Support PPAP package creation and accuracy. Support team for CAPEX preparation and follow-up. Manage to get best practices and knowhow from sister companies with support from regional PMO teams. To adhere and be compliant to the policies and procedures in regards to quality, security/safety and environmental standards and strive to continuously improve processes. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Tenneco EHS policies, procedures, and practices. Adhere to the Zero Tolerance policy and practice of refusing to tolerate or allow behavior defined by Tenneco as unacceptable in terms of safety (e.g. "unsafe behavior" meaning behavior that could lead to occupational injury or illness to a plant employee, contractor or visitor). Environmental Health & Safety Responsibilities and Accountability - Comply with Environmental Health & Safety Rules and Regulations. Must be able to understand what hazards are associated with his/her position and how to minimize them. All accidents/injuries no matter how slight must be reported to any member of management, and/or Environmental Health & Safety Manager as soon as possible. Will be required to wear required personal protective equipment. Will be responsible for the environment, health, and safety of all employees under their direct supervision as well as reporting and taking immediate action per the Zero Tolerance. Each employee has the authority to initiate action to prevent a violation of the Tenneco Integrity Policy. To ensure compliance with Federal-Mogul Quality and EHS policies, procedures and practices. REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Strong ability to follow different projects and work to tight deadlines. High level of communication skills. Excellent ability to build relationships with a cross-functional approach. Willingness to travel. Expertise in : Project Management process. Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). Raw material Specifications and drawing analysis. Equipment Capability Acceptance Plan - (ECAP, MSA, MSE). Product and Process Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA). Statistical Process Control (SPC). Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA). Computer Aided Design (CAD). Product Testing Procedures. EXPERIENCE: 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment (automotive), capital projects, and/or new product implementation. Experience with process start-up and trouble shooting required. Experience on MS project is required. We are committed to the safety and health of our employees.
