. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, coordinate between departments, prepare technical drawings, and ensure smooth execution from design to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage kitchen equipment projects from initial design to final installation.
Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings (layouts, MEP coordination, shop drawings).
Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors for approvals and updates.
Work closely with production, procurement, and installation teams.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and site requirements.
Prepare project documentation, BOQs, and follow-up schedules.
Requirements:
Experience
: Minimum 2-4 years in kitchen equipment, hospitality fit-out, or related field.
Technical
: Strong
AutoCAD
skills (2D layout, detailing) is a must.
Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, stainless steel fabrication, or MEP coordination.
Strong communication and project follow-up skills.
Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
UAE experience and driving license is a plus.
