Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Project Engineer
to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise, strong site coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple construction activities efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed within scope, on time, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising construction activities. Coordinate daily site operations and ensure progress aligns with the project schedule. Communicate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management review. Monitor the use of materials, manpower, and equipment on site. Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental policies. Identify and resolve any technical or site-related issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum
8 years of experience
in the construction industry (UAE/GCC experience preferred). Strong understanding of construction methods, project coordination, and site management. Proficiency inAutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
