Project Engineer

Job Summary:

As a Project Engineer at Fables Interiors, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects from concept to handover. You will act as a bridge between design, procurement, site teams, and clients to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret design drawings and ensure technical feasibility on-site. Plan daily/weekly site work and coordinate with subcontractors and labor teams. Oversee project execution to ensure work quality and adherence to timelines. Collaborate with designers, procurement, and suppliers to ensure material availability. Track progress and prepare regular project reports for management and clients. Resolve technical/site issues by coordinating with the design and execution teams. Ensure safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements at the site. Participate in client meetings and site inspections as needed. Prepare project documentation including progress reports, snag lists, and handover files.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction project management. Strong understanding of interior detailing, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishes. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office. UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
