Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling , procurement control, production control efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on versatile tasks that require various managerial skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Responsibilities

Producing project execution plan based on SOW as client's per contract Initiate & provide keen leads to Engineering for document deliverables as needed Initiate & coordinate with internal purchase team & external keen coordination with sub vendors as associated Coordinate closely with production team to ensure adequate materials / equipment are delivered , inspected & handed to production team for shopwork closure ontime Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines Responsible for RFI and submittal process Maintain clean records on each and every communication chronology with client & subvendors Prepare EOT / VO claims with & compile associated references as needed Assist project team to initiate the package pre shipment procedures by closely coordinating with Logistic in charge Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience 5 - 7 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager Strong experience in project management Familiarity with all the Pre & post order stages of package
