We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Project Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of steel fabrication projects and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, consultants, and internal teams. This role requires a balance of engineering expertise, project management skills, and hands-on supervision at the site.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing steel fabrication and installation projects. Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams for timely project delivery. Supervise site works, ensuring adherence to quality standards and HSE requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to meet deadlines. Act as a liaison with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution. Prepare technical submittals, progress reports, and project documentation. Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of completed works.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer (preferably in steel fabrication or construction). Strong knowledge of steel structures, fabrication drawings, and erection methods. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
