A leading Real Estate Developer & Construction Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ

Project Engineer

to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project progress. Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the project schedule. Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to safety standards and construction codes. Manage and oversee site activities to ensure timely completion of tasks. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and materials. Resolve technical issues on-site by coordinating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Assist with quantity take-offs, material requisitions, and cost tracking. Support the procurement team with technical inputs for materials and equipment. Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspections, and approvals. Participate in project meetings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 10-12 years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction projects (High rise building, Commercial,infrastructure, etc.). Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Revit ). Proficiency in Construction code or standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
