Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable

Site Manager

to oversee construction and interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in site supervision and interior fit-out, who can lead by example and ensure smooth coordination among subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to the project schedule. Supervise and coordinate fit-out and construction works on site. Ensure all works are carried out in line with project specifications, quality standards, and health & safety regulations. Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor site progress and prepare regular progress reports. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently. Resolve any site issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum

5 years of experience

in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager role within the UAE. Proven background in

interior fit-out

and general construction. Familiar with UAE labour laws, building regulations, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficient in English (spoken & written); Tagalog is a plus. Must have diploma or degree in civil engineering.
