Project Management Skills & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of oil and gas industry / Manufacturing & Fabrication industry - Customer requirements.
- Project Management concerned with Engineering/ Procurement/ Quality / Fabrication Activities relevant to Oil and Gas Industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Project planning, controlling, managing projects with respect to Scope,Cost, Quality & HSE requirement.
- Problem Solving / Decision making & Interpersonal Skills - Liaison & Coordination with internal & external Customers ( EPC contractors ) for ON TIME delivery.
- Software Knowledge - Project management software - MS project /Primavera.
- Drawings & Engineering documents Interpretation. Acting as a Checker for the technical deliverables for a project.
- Strong relationship with management with the ability to negotiate & raise On time genuine Change Orders as well as obtaining necessary approvals.
- Project Risk identification and assessment.
- Excellent Resource & Time Management Skills.
- Problem solving & Interpersonal skills.
- Manage Project Budgets in terms of material & man hour cost.
- Managing Clients emails / daily or Weekly project meetings with Clients / Submitting Progress reports.
- Conducting Project wise closeout meetings / Reconciliations of materials / recording Lesson learned & engage in continuous improvements.
