Job Description

Job Title: Project Engineer - Maintain Experts Technical ServicesLocation: Dubai, UAEDepartment: Operations / ProjectsReporting To: Project Manager / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Site Inspection & Assessment:o Conduct detailed site visits to assess scope of work, technical requirements, and identify any challenges.o Prepare site inspection reports and document existing conditions.

Estimation & Proposal:o Prepare accurate cost estimations, material take-offs, and pricing for maintenance and project works (MEP, civil, etc.).o Coordinate with procurement for supplier/subcontractor quotes and submit proposals to clients.

Project Execution:o Plan and execute technical jobs, ensuring adherence to safety, quality standards, and project timelines.o Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers during job execution.o Coordinate with the client and internal team to ensure smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues.

Project Handover & Reporting:o Conduct final inspections and ensure all tasks are completed as per scope.o Prepare and submit completion reports with supporting documentation and validation.o Ensure client satisfaction and formal handover sign-off.


Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical services, facility management, or project execution roles.

Strong knowledge of MEP and civil systems, materials, and construction practices.

Excellent skills in estimation, project coordination, and site supervision.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation tools.

Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

UAE driving license (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
